By offering an comprehensive system designed to ease integration, and increase interoperability Fukuda Enterprise Solution’s is going above and beyond customer demands and needs. Working with key industry IT leaders, Fukuda has developed a comprehensive interconnectivity model to advance the care continuum. 

Within the last five to ten years, medical innovation has taken place across the health care field by creating a dynamic interconnectivity model. The hospitals of tomorrow are no longer physical locations, with centralized patient care and waiting room, labs, and bed but rather decentralized care models. Technology has become an integral part of healthcare, allowing patients to dynamically interact with their data, and for physicians to actively be proactive. With Fukuda’s patient monitors integrated into any HIS (Hospital Information Systems) results in rapid advancement of clinical decision. Thus increasing optimal work flow and clinical decisions. 

Here are examples of ways we are driving clinical innovation around the changing HIT Landscape.

  1. Ease of Integration  Many new comers of adaptive integration with EMR/EHR interfaces face the never ending issues of IT practioners becoming overwhelmed along with overworked healthcare space.  Fukuda’s approach for a larger scale infrastructure integration and deployment  is rooted in the integration of data from multiple sources with decoupled services that create a comprehensive network for adaptive implementation.
  2. Interconnective Care Continuum. Commonly known as the “womb to tomb” model. Fukuda is actively creating an information system where patient vitals can be continually tracked and traced from the time a patient enters a hospital until they leave. Seamless data transfer from each dynamic system across the Fukuda Dynascope 8000 series monitors allows for data to be actively monitored across multiple units, along within interfacing into the Fukuda Connectivity Engine for data acquisition. Fukuda’s designed UI/UX allows for data visualization which can boost productivity and enhance the quality of care through better communication and collaboration between specialist teams.
  3. Operational Productivity. Rethinking systems processes and optimizing workflows is a critical part of technology integration and change management. The ability to implement the concepts of agile development incorporated with LEAN. We have brought together a team based on these approaches that can help alleviate the issues within interoperability between systems. LEAN or Six Sigma principles are practices that allows for continuous improvement based on operational effectiveness. All which are a necessity for all health systems in this day and age. But new innovation also plays its part to this standard of thinking. Clinical innovation occurs when we have the correct tools and resources to defy the conventional systems.

Behind each of these concepts, we continue to develop expansive platforms for interoperability and data standardization. This expansion is vital for the plug and play technology approach that we strive for at Fukuda and is the basis for increasingly sophisticated applications that allow us to enhance clinical innovation, reduce workloads and boost staff productivity with technological advancements.
